I love putting different superfoods in my smoothies. They add incredible flavours and textures, but most importantly turn the smoothie into a nutrient-dense power drink. For this superfood green smoothie, I used maca powder, goji berries, sunflower seeds, cacao nibs and hemp seeds. All of these amazing superfoods contribute to your overall well-being and have countless health and beauty benefits such as improved digestion, increased energy levels, weight loss, clear skin, strong and healthy hair and many more.
Feel free to customize this smoothie as much as you want. I would recommend keeping the base the same (banana+dairy-free milk+greens), but you can definitely play around with different superfoods and proportions. I’ve been making this green smoothie for months and this combination of ingredients seems to please my taste buds the most.

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve right away.
