I got the idea for this recipe when I was researching different flu-preventing foods. To be honest, I am not a big supporter of flu shots. In fact, I’ve never had one in my life. Instead, I turn to natural flu prevention remedies.

- ½ cup frozen strawberries and blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- meat of 1 young coconut
- ¼ Goji berries
- 3 Medjool dates
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup coconut water
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until you reach a creamy and smooth texture.
