Today, I’m excited to share with you a simple recipe for perfect potato wedges. I grew up eating A LOT of potatoes. Potatoes are the #1 staple in Russian cuisine. Since they are easy to grow and to store they became our country’s main food that kept people alive in times of famine or war. Most of traditional Russian salads and entrees use potatoes as one of the main ingredients. To this day, people (including my family) consider potatoes the ultimate comfort food and find interesting way to use them in recipes.
